Implemented by renowned spa specialist Naomi Gregory, Aufguss is offered at select times, four times daily, two days a week, and is included as part of the Else bathing experience. Each session is led by trained Aufguss Masters.
Through the controlled application of heat, steam, and aroma, the ritual creates a structured sensory environment designed to stimulate circulation and promote deep relaxation.
